Club TT result, 10 Mile Championship, 9 June 2015, H10/1
Greg Woodford is Reading CC’s 10-mile time trial champion for 2015. He put clear distance between himself and podium finishers Jim Watchorn and James Churchard. Congratulations to Greg for a truly impressive ride.

Club TT result, 2 June 2015, Maidenhead H10/2
Despite a strong blustery wind we had 28 riders out on the H10/2 Maidenhead Thicket course this evening. Nice to see some returning riders, Greg Woodford beginning his season, Brian Bingham coming back to the club. Jim Watchorn continued to mine his rich vein of form with a super win, he and James Churchard pushing none other than Ken Buckley into 3rd. Now there's a battle in the making for next week's championship 10.

Below is the result from yesterday’s 10-mile time-trial at Aldermaston. The wind died down giving us a lovely sunny evening. Trevor Warwick organised the start, his daughter Heather took the startline photos you may have seen on the FB group, I held the watch at the finish. We could have done with more helpers, regular time-triallists please offer to assist with at least one event this season. Two other comments: you absolutely must not do U-turns at the Aldermaston start, the road is busy with fast traffic. New riders; correct number placement is as low down your back as you can get it, not between your shoulder blades.

Club TT result, 19 May 2015, Bucklebury CC201b

A day of heavy rain showers didn't deter six hardy riders from setting classy times on the Bucklebury circuit. Will Haynes is by no means a Come And Try It rider, time to join RCC? Very good to see Anthony Hough returning to the scene. Great rides from everyone on a cold evening with rain at the finish line.

Twyford cc132 10 mile time trial 5th May

A reduced field this evening and I’m not surprised, it was really, really windy. These must be our hardcore racers. Good to see Luke Dixon is now an RCC member. We all got round without incident that I’m aware of but it was not a fast evening. James Churchard still put in a 25mph ride despite logging 250km on the bike only yesterday. Jim Watchorn’s time is more impressive when you know he was on his road bike while his TT machine is in the workshop. Paddy once again advanced on time by comparison to previous outings despite the blustery wind.
