Clubrun Reports - 22 April 2013
A large turnout this weekend, and three successful rides led by Arthur, Darren and Trevor. The club always needs new ride leaders, so if you've enjoyed yourself on a clubrun, please consider volunteering in future.

A spreadsheet with detailed results is attached to this post.
Brian Perry writes: Well done folks. Despite pretty cold weather 48 set off, and 40 finishers. There were 6 known DNFs who called in or relayed a message.
Moneys raised for the three charities totalled £117.52
Thanks to my helpers; Ian and Mary for their bounteous hospitality. Ian, Paul, Doug and Fay at the start.
At the finish: John timekeeping, Mike recording, Fay - with the tickets, Doug guiding riders, and Pete Stocker with the unenviable task of directing riders at the final turn in to the lane. From my point of view I think the suggestion of using a different finish has worked fairly well, and I welcome comments from the riders and helpers.
Provisionally, the 'most reliable' rider is Matt Tolhurst of GS Henley, just 25 seconds within his target time for group 2!

The first Sunday of the New Year provided the usual mixture of club rides:
Rod MacFadyen led a Brisk ride:
A good turnout at Market Place despite a cool, foggy, damp morning. Riders who accepted my offer of a brisk to Thame included Darren, Stuart W, Mike F, Paul M, Paul E, Tim, Fred, John a young guy in Bristol Uni colours, and someone whose name I didn’t get in a grey top on a Genesis Equilibrium.
